  1. All Sales Final

    All sales made through AnyMiniFig are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  2. Custom Production Process

    Each order is individually manufactured to the specifications of the customer. As a result, products cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed. This production process is the basis for our strict no-refund and no-return policy.
  3. Production Timelines and Delays

    AnyMiniFig strives to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. However, due to the customized nature of our products and the reliance on third-party suppliers for certain specialty components, unexpected delays may occur that are outside of AnyMiniFig’s control. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

    While all sales are final, AnyMiniFig stands behind the quality of its products. In the event that an order is received damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer must notify AnyMiniFig within seven (7) days of delivery. Notification must include photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Upon review, AnyMiniFig reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a replacement or correction.
